本文运用非线性有限元法对冷成型单角钢的稳定性能进行了研究，分析了宽厚比对冷成型单角钢轴压杆稳定性能的影响，给出了等边冷弯角钢发生弯曲屈曲和弯扭屈曲的判断条件，根据ansys有限元的计算结果拟合出了冷成型单角钢轴压杆在发生弯曲屈曲以及在发生弯扭屈曲时的稳定系数公式，在此基础上得出了冷成型单角钢轴压杆在所有长细比情况下的稳定系数公式。
